A special service for manuscripts to receive a response from reviewers sooner, according to the author's needs. The author receives a response within 7 to 14 days after submission; however, this does not guarantee the paper will be accepted. Additional fee for this service: USD 65.

Fee Waiver

Authors who cannot afford the publication fee may be eligible for a partial or full waiver. This journal does not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work. Waivers are intended primarily for authors from low-income countries without institutional or grant funding, and must be requested in the "Comments to the Editor" field at the time of submission. Requests made after this stage are unlikely to be granted. Approval or denial of a waiver has no bearing on the outcome of peer review.
