Focus and Scope

Journal of Multidisciplinary Sustainability Asean is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing high-quality research on sustainability challenges relevant to the ASEAN region and beyond. The journal is organized into four thematic sections, each overseen by a Section Editor with demonstrated expertise in the corresponding field:

• Section A: Environmental Sustainability and Circular Economy - waste management, resource recovery, environmental policy and management.
• Section B: Renewable Energy and Agricultural Systems - renewable energy technologies, sustainable agricultural practices, energy-agriculture integration.
• Section C: Public and Environmental Health (One Health) - the interconnection of human, animal, and environmental health.
• Section D: Sustainable Materials and Infrastructure Engineering - sustainable construction materials, low-impact infrastructure design, building engineering.

All submissions are assigned to the relevant section upon submission and are evaluated by reviewers with subject-matter expertise in that field, ensuring rigorous and appropriate peer review across the journal's multidisciplinary scope.
