Journal of Noesantara Islamic Studies is dedicated to bringing together the latest and most significant results and perspectives from the field of Islamic studies, providing an intellectual space for emerging Islamic trends in society and beyond.

The journal is highly selective; submissions must be both essential reading for a particular sub-field and of broader interest to academicians working on theories, philosophy, conceptual paradigms, academic research, and religious practice. Papers addressing the subject areas detailed in our Focus and Scope are invited with the expectation of lasting scholarly impact. As a highly selective journal, only a small proportion of submissions are selected for publication.
