Rechtsnormen: Journal of Law

Rechtsnormen: Journal of Law is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to interdisciplinary legal studies, examining the formation, interpretation, and application of legal norms in response to technological advancement, socio-political transformation, and cross-border governance. The journal welcomes original research articles, theoretical papers, and comparative studies spanning digital legal norms, legal responses to public policy, comparative law and legal pluralism, law and sustainability, and the philosophy of law, among other areas detailed in our Focus and Scope.

Rechtsnormen: Journal of Law has been published since 2023, initially at a quarterly frequency. Effective from Volume 3, Issue 1 (2025), the journal changed its publication frequency to bimonthly, with issues released in February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Submitted manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer review process, and the journal publishes original articles in English.
