What is Crossmark?

Crossmark is a multi-publisher initiative from Crossref that provides a standard way for readers to locate the authoritative version of a document. Journal of Computer Science Advancements understands the importance of the integrity and completeness of the scholarly record to researchers and librarians alike, and strives to maintain this trust in its electronic archive. Clicking on the Crossmark icon informs the reader of the current status of the document and may also provide additional publication record information.

Crossmark display is limited to current and future journal content, and to specific publication types as listed below.

Addendum Published if authors have inadvertently omitted significant information during manuscript submission and wish to add this content to the article after publication.
Corrigendum Published when authors realize that errors in the published article could affect the validity of the scientific content or its accuracy.
Erratum Published only when mistakes are recognized in the published article that went unnoticed during editing and layout setting (e.g., in figures, tables), or in papers, preliminary notes, and similar content.
Correspondence A letter to the editor, or a reply to such a letter.
Book Review A review of a published book.
Removal The abstract/text and the PDF are removed, and an explanation is provided for the removal.
Replacement The article is retracted as with a standard retraction, with the difference that a link to the corrected, re-published article is placed on the PDF versions of the paper and on the retraction notice page.
Retraction The abstract/text of the article is retracted. The PDF is retained with a watermark on every page to indicate that it has been retracted.
